Any Event or Party must be discussed and approved by host prior to booking. Children of all ages are welcome. We do have plastic children’s plates, cups, and utensils, Pack-n-Play, and high-chair. You are welcome to bring anything else you'll need along. Please contact me with any questions. Check-in time is anytime after 3pm. Check out time is before 10am. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance. We do not allow smoking; breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine. We do not allow pets; breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine. If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $50 for every extra hour of cleaning required. Guests are not allowed to book a stay for someone other than themselves. They must be one of the guests. The only exception is if you are an Airbnb "booker," for business travel and properly book a "traveler." By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in case of such events. If more guests sleep over than the allowable maximum number for the home (10), the security deposit will be charged in full. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check out time, guests will be charged $100. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 10am and 1pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance.
